When do you deliver?
We deliver every Friday. Our carbon neutral courier can arrive anytime between 8am and 6 pm on Friday however our provider will text or email you with a 1 hour delivery window prior to your delivery date so that you will know when your parcel is due to arrive. Please add your mobile number with your email details when you place your order to make contact easier.
For same week delivery when do I need to place my order?
Please order by 12 noon Tuesday for a same week Friday delivery. Any order placed after 12 noon on Tuesday will be delivered on the following Friday.
What if I am out for my delivery?
We have made it as simple as possible for you to still get your products without being home. Our boxes will keep your products fresh for 24 – 48 hours, thanks to our fully recyclable, insulated packaging, eco-friendly chill bricks and double walled cardboard boxes. When you place your order you will be asked to enter some safe place delivery instructions to let us know where we can leave your box if you think you will be out (eg. behind the gate, with a neighbour, by the door). If you need to update delivery instructions on the day, head over to our couriers tracking portal (link via the confirmation email you will receive) and enter re-direct instructions.
What if I experience a problem with my delivery?
In the unlikely event of a problem with your delivery please contact Kate Oliver at hello@primaldeli.co.uk. Kate will resolve any issues as soon as possible and including weekends. Alternatively, please call us on 01943 511564 and leave a message.
Are you products delivered fresh or frozen?
All our products (save for our gluten free pastries) are delivered fresh to your door or as a packet mix if ordered to bake your own. This gives you the choice to eat straight away or place in the freezer. Please see storage and use instructions on each pack label for additional information. For optimum taste and satisfaction we recommend slicing your breads and freezing on the day of arrival. Bread slices can be taken from the freezer and toasted from frozen.
What do I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?
In the unlikely event of the above, please inform us immediately by emailing hello@primaldeli.co.uk. Don’t forget to attach photographic evidence! This will help us resolve your issue speedily and will also help us when we contact the courier service with details of the issue.

How do I change or add to my order?
To change or add to your order, please email hello@primaldeli.co.uk as soon as you can stating your order number in the subject line of your email and tell us what you need. Alternatively call us on 01943 511564 with your order number to hand – it will help us when dealing with your query. Don’t worry there is no additional charge for delivery on your extended order.

What happens when snow or adverse weather affects service?
We reserve the right to postpone delivery of your order to the following week if a severe weather warning is forecast. This is particularly relevant for heavy snow and flooding where the courier is unable to deliver. Our products are destroyed by the courier if delivery is not made within 24 hours and therefore it is in everyone’s best interest that we postpone delivery. This is however only necessary in exceptional circumstances and we will keep you fully up to date by email if this is ever anticipated.
Do you have a shop premises we can visit in person?
No, we are an online shop and do not have a physical shop premises.

What do I do with my packaging?
Our double walled cardboard boxes and eco-friendly wool liners are fully re- cyclable and our eco-chill bricks are re-usable – great for picnics and to keep food chilled in warmer months!
